This design makes it easier to launch the ball higher and square the clubface more quickly, promoting a draw or reducing a slice for a more controlled, left-leaning trajectory.

The Cobra OPTM MAX Fairway Wood introduces groundbreaking technology as the first fairway to optimize both MOI (Moment of Inertia) and POI (Point of Inertia) for straighter miss-hits. While MOI has traditionally been the benchmark for stability and forgiveness, POI accounts for rotation across all three axes—horizontal, vertical, and diagonal—during off-center strikes. By strategically reshaping and redistributing mass symmetrically around the center of gravity, Cobra minimizes diagonal resistance and gear effect, delivering tighter dispersion and longer, straighter shots even on mishits. Leveraging A.I.-driven simulations of millions of impact points, engineers perfected weight placement and shaping for ultimate forgiveness. The FutureFit33™ adjustable hosel offers 33 loft and lie settings for precise customization without altering face angle, thanks to SMARTPAD® technology. Additionally, the OPTM MAX model features an advanced descending weight system with two adjustable weights (14g and 3g) that can be positioned for neutral or draw-biased ball flights, giving players complete control over trajectory and performance.
